Design Style Guide

    • A comprehensive design questionnaire to help us understand your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, material likes and dislikes, and more.

    • A customized style packet tailored specifically to you. This includes curated paint colors, patterns, textures, finishes, and inspiration images to help guide thoughtful purchases and design decisions for your home.

    • To support you even further, the packet includes helpful design guides, like lighting height recommendations, rug sizing tips, and more so you can confidently execute your vision like a pro.

    • You'll receive both a digital version and a hardcopy binder that includes physical samples for a tactile, real-life reference.

  • Perfect for anyone trying to figure out their design style but unsure where to start. You know what you like (and what you don’t), but pulling it all together can feel overwhelming. You’ve saved tons of inspiration on Pinterest and Instagram but nothing seems to fall under one clear “style.”

    This style guide isn’t about putting you in a box. Your style might be a unique mix of different elements and I’m here to help you define it quickly and confidently that way you can make thoughtful purchases for your home.

  • Best suited for those who need a curated design plan on select rooms that they can execute on their own.

  • Priced by the room starting at $500

    If furnishings are purchased through Linnea Interiors, the design fee is waived, provided a purchase minimum is met.

Guided Construction Design

  • Whether in-person or virtual, the guided construction design will help you navigate all the overwhelming decisions involved in the process of building a new home. This guide includes a finish schedule for the following selections:

    • Passage Door Hardware

    • Paint/Wallpaper

    • Flooring

    • Tile
